In this challenging and exciting context, we are seeking an Executive and Administrative Assistant
in a hybrid and versatile role to support executives, manage diverse missions, and represent the
company at high-level events.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Executive Support:
• Assist one or more executives, particularly the CEO, in their daily professional activities
• Manage complex schedules, organize meetings, prepare reports, and ensure rigorous
follow-up of priorities
• Coordinate national and international travel (travel logistics, accommodations, etc.)
2. Administrative Management:
• Perform various administrative tasks, such as drafting correspondence and official
documents, managing invoices and dedicated budgets, and monitoring specific files
• Act as the central point of contact for coordination with internal teams and external partners
• Maintain and organize documents, tools, and information necessary for smooth business
operations
3. Logistics and Events:
• Organize internal and external events (seminars, conferences, workshops)
• Prepare executives for their speaking engagements (presentations, documents,
coordination with organizers)
• Oversee event logistics, ensuring everything runs smoothly and seamlessly
4. Event Representation:
• Represent executives at important events in France and internationally, ensuring clear,
professional, and eloquent communication with clients, partners, or investors
• Be a true company ambassador, embodying our values and establishing positive and
trustworthy relationships
5. International Communication:
• Communicate fluently, both written and oral, in English and French
• Participate in exchanges with international clients, draft reports or emails in both languages,
and manage intercultural relations
Required Profile:
Experience: Significant experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting a CEO or general
management, with exposure to diverse responsibilities
Language Skills: Perfect command of French and English (written and oral). Ability to express
yourself eloquently and professionally in both languages
Technical Skills: Proficiency in office tools (Office Suite, collaborative tools like Teams or Slack)
and management tools (CRM, document management, etc.)
Versatility: Ability to juggle administrative, logistical, and event-related tasks, with a sharp sense of
priorities

- Strong interpersonal skills, diplomatic, and able to manage various stakeholders
