Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Executive Assistant to support our daily operations. You will play a
key role in assisting different teams and ensuring the smooth running of our office.
Responsibilities:
• Manage reception.
• Coordinate and organize appointments and meetings.
• Assist in managing office supplies and orders.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
• Help prepare and update administrative documents.
• Support the organization of internal and external events.
• Collaborate with different teams to meet their administrative and logistical needs.
Profile:
• Proficient in English.
• 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in office tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
• Experience in managing business travel is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude, initiative, and high adaptability
